Monthly print ad featuring action figures and other merchandise. A jam-packed month featuring two awesome franchises: Uncharted and Metal Gear Solid.

  • Photoshop: Create path via Pen Tool to create non-destructive cut outs
  • Photoshop: Background images are manipulated stock photos from sxc.hu
  • Illustrator: Logo Metal Gear Solid was recreated in vector from a raster source as it was not supplied
  • Wrote original copy with the game’s info sheets as guidance, and with publisher approval

Print ad featuring action figures from the Street Fighter IV franchise by Capcom, and the opposite page showing off some new Final Fantasy merchandise by Square Enix.

  • Photoshop: Create path via Pen Tool to create non-destructive cut outs
  • Photoshop: Ink splatter used behind characters and background are created using free-to-use brushes from deviantART. Crystals were provided.
  • Illustrator: Character names stylized with font from dafont

Print ad featuring action figures and other merchandise. A big debut franchise along with the crowd favorite: Batman and Final Fantasy.

  • Photoshop: Create path via Pen Tool to create non-destructive cut outs
  • Photoshop: Background bats are created using free-to-use brushes from deviantART, combined with simple render clouds with color tweaks. Crystals were provided.
  • Illustrator: DC Comics and WB Shield logo were recreated in vector from a raster source as they were not supplied
  • Wrote original copy with the game’s info sheets as guidance, and with publisher approval
